第一條 總則與服務性質
本網站（以下稱「本服務」）為教育訓練課程之輔助性作業繳交平台，旨在協助課程學員於練習活動（以下稱「Lab」）完成後，上傳其操作成果之螢幕截圖並登錄於課程指定之試算表。本服務之存續期間、功能範圍與可用性，均得由管理者視課程進行狀況隨時調整、暫停或終止，恕不另行個別通知。

第二條 資料之蒐集與利用目的
2.1 本服務於用戶使用過程中，可能蒐集之資料包括但不限於：用戶於課程名冊中登記之顯示名稱、所繳交之 Lab 項目編號、上傳之圖片檔案，以及為維運目的所產生之系統紀錄（如存取時間、IP 位址與瀏覽器資訊）。
2.2 前項資料之蒐集，僅以課程管理、作業繳交狀態之追蹤、系統安全維護及服務品質改善為目的，不作為行銷或其他與課程無關之用途。
第三條 上傳內容之限制與用戶擔保
3.1 用戶透過本服務上傳之圖片，僅限於用戶本人於上課期間進行練習所產生之操作截圖。用戶不得上傳任何含有個人資料、營業秘密、機敏資訊、他人肖像、受著作權保護之第三方素材，或其他涉有隱私權或任何法律疑慮之圖片。
3.2 用戶就其上傳之內容，向本服務擔保其為適法權利人，且內容不侵害任何第三人之權利。因違反本條所生之一切爭議、損害或法律責任，概由該用戶自行負擔。
第四條 圖片之公開性
4.1 用戶已明確知悉並同意：凡經由本服務上傳之圖片，其檢視權限為公開狀態，任何持有該圖片網址之人均得直接瀏覽該圖片，且該網址將登錄於課程試算表中供課程相關人員檢視。
4.2 用戶於上傳前應自行審慎確認圖片內容之妥適性；凡因用戶疏於確認致生之任何損害，本服務不負賠償責任。
第五條 同意條款與善良使用者義務
5.1 用戶一經使用本服務，即視為已閱讀、理解並同意本政策之全部內容；如不同意者，應立即停止使用本服務。
5.2 用戶於使用本服務時，應盡善良使用者之注意義務，不得為任何干擾系統運作、大量無意義上傳、規避存取控制或其他濫用行為。
第六條 資料保存、Cookie 與第三方服務
6.1 本服務利用第三方雲端儲存與試算表服務保存上傳內容與繳交紀錄，該等服務之隱私實務並受其各自服務條款規範。
6.2 本服務可能使用必要性 Cookie 以維持基本功能，不使用追蹤性或廣告性 Cookie。
6.3 課程結束後，管理者得於合理期間內刪除全部或部分之上傳內容與紀錄。
第七條 政策修訂與準據法
本政策得隨時修訂並公告於本頁面，修訂後之條款自公告時起生效。本政策之解釋與適用，以中華民國法律為準據法。
Article 1 — General Provisions
This website (the "Service") is an auxiliary assignment-submission platform for training courses, enabling enrolled participants to upload screenshots of their own lab exercises and record them in the designated course spreadsheet. The availability and scope of the Service may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without individual notice.
Article 2 — Data Collected and Purpose
2.1 The Service may collect: the display name registered in the course roster, submitted lab identifiers, uploaded image files, and operational logs (access time, IP address, browser information).
2.2 Such data is used solely for course administration, submission tracking, system security, and service improvement, and never for marketing purposes.
Article 3 — Upload Restrictions and User Warranty
3.1 Images uploaded through the Service must be limited to screenshots produced by the user personally while performing in-class exercises. Users must not upload images containing personal data, trade secrets, sensitive information, third-party likenesses or copyrighted material, or any image raising privacy or other legal concerns.
3.2 Users warrant that they hold all necessary rights to the uploaded content. All disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from a breach of this Article shall be borne solely by the user.
Article 4 — Public Visibility of Images
4.1 Users expressly acknowledge and agree that all images uploaded via the Service are publicly viewable: anyone in possession of the image URL may access it directly, and the URL will be recorded in the course spreadsheet.
4.2 Users shall carefully verify the appropriateness of image content before uploading. The Service assumes no liability for damages resulting from a user's failure to do so.
Article 5 — Deemed Consent and Duty of Good Faith
5.1 By using the Service, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in its entirety. Users who do not agree must discontinue use immediately.
5.2 Users shall exercise the duty of care of a good-faith user, refraining from disrupting system operations, mass meaningless uploads, circumventing access controls, or any other abusive conduct.
Article 6 — Data Retention, Cookies, and Third-Party Services
6.1 The Service relies on third-party cloud storage and spreadsheet services, each governed by its own terms. 6.2 Only strictly necessary cookies are used; no tracking or advertising cookies are deployed. 6.3 After course completion, administrators may delete uploaded content and records within a reasonable period.
Article 7 — Amendments and Governing Law
This Policy may be amended at any time by posting on this page, effective upon publication. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

本ウェブサイト（以下「本サービス」）は、研修講座の補助的な課題提出プラットフォームであり、受講者が演習（Lab）実施後に自らの操作結果のスクリーンショットをアップロードし、指定のスプレッドシートに記録することを目的とします。本サービスの提供範囲は、事前の個別通知なく変更・停止・終了されることがあります。
第2条 収集する情報および利用目的
2.1 本サービスは、受講者名簿に登録された表示名、提出されたLab番号、アップロードされた画像ファイル、および運用上のログ（アクセス時刻、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報）を収集することがあります。
2.2 これらの情報は、講座運営、提出状況の管理、システムの安全維持およびサービス改善のためにのみ利用し、マーケティング目的には一切利用しません。
第3条 アップロード内容の制限および利用者の保証
3.1 本サービスを通じてアップロードする画像は、利用者本人が受講中に演習を行った際のスクリーンショットに限るものとします。個人情報、営業秘密、機微情報、第三者の肖像や著作物、その他プライバシーまたは法的懸念のある画像のアップロードは禁止します。
3.2 利用者は、アップロードした内容について適法な権利を有することを保証するものとし、本条違反により生じた一切の紛争・損害・法的責任は当該利用者が負担します。
第4条 画像の公開性
4.1 利用者は、本サービスによりアップロードされた画像の閲覧権限が公開状態であること、すなわち画像URLを知る何人も直接閲覧できること、およびそのURLが講座のスプレッドシートに記録されることを、明確に認識し同意するものとします。
4.2 利用者は、アップロード前に画像内容の適切性を自ら十分に確認するものとし、確認を怠ったことにより生じた損害について、本サービスは責任を負いません。
第5条 同意の擬制および善良な利用者の義務
5.1 利用者が本サービスを利用した時点で、本ポリシーの全内容を読み、理解し、同意したものとみなします。同意しない場合は、直ちに利用を中止してください。
5.2 利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり善良な利用者としての注意義務を負い、システム運用の妨害、大量の無意味なアップロード、アクセス制御の回避その他の濫用行為を行ってはなりません。
第6条 データの保存、Cookieおよび第三者サービス
6.1 本サービスは、第三者のクラウドストレージおよびスプレッドシートサービスを利用しており、各サービスの規約が適用されます。6.2 必要最小限のCookieのみを使用し、追跡・広告目的のCookieは使用しません。6.3 講座終了後、管理者は合理的な期間内にアップロード内容および記録を削除することがあります。
第7条 改定および準拠法
本ポリシーは、本ページへの掲示により随時改定でき、掲示時点から効力を生じます。本ポリシーは中華民国（台湾）法を準拠法とします。
